Simply pore the entire contents of the jar into a pot of boiling water, then reduce heat to a simmer. You can add more water as needed, approx. every 30-60 minutes. Once finished, remove from heat, cover and let cool. Place your pot in the fridge. Simmers can last up to 4 uses when repeating steps!
